Contract Overview:This task should be completed on LinkedIn using the Wayy software.
It will require about 1 hour of your time per month (5-15 minutes weekly), including, but not limited to:
- Account verification when requested by LinkedIn or Wayy.
- Checking that the Wayy Virtual Recruiter functions properly when requested by Wayy.
You will receive compensation of $10 per month.
Using Your LinkedIn Account:- If you have an existing account, you will connect it to the Wayy Virtual Recruiter.
- If you do not have an account, the Wayy Virtual Recruiter will create one for you.
Important: No fake accounts are accepted. The account must comply with the terms of use of LinkedIn to avoid being banned. Names, education, work history, and photos must be genuine.Important: You agree to keep all messages confidential and not to contact or remove connections of candidates without Wayy's written permission.Activities Powered by Wayy Virtual Recruiter on LinkedIn Include:- Adding connections to potential job candidates.
- Communicating with candidates who respond to job outreach.
- Visiting potential candidate profiles.
- Engaging in other activities connected with recruiting purposes.
The volume of outreach will be limited to LinkedIn's weekly limits.
Additional Benefits:As an additional benefit, your LinkedIn account will grow in the number of connections and relevant professional communication, which may increase the overall value of your account.
Legal and Professional Use:The account is used strictly for legal professional purposes of recruitment, talent discovery, and sourcing. From time to time, LinkedIn may require verification of the account. You indemnify Wayy from any consequences of decisions made by LinkedIn regarding your account.
Termination:Both parties can terminate the contract at any time with a 60-day written notice.
